LOVIN´ . . . style & design and even creating environments & atmospheres has been one of my focused views as long as I remember.

I´ve always been fascinated by materials, structures and shapes.

Born in nineteen-seventy I grew up with the everday-feeling to hold some crayons in my hands, leaving some creative footprints somewhere around me. . . Starting creative education with studying fashion design in Berlin in the early nineties brought meinto designing direction.

Times changed and even my focus did. My main avocation and interest turned into profession. Creating interiors  should rule my life from that point.

As long as I´m in love with style, I intensified my own intuition and watched trends and tendencies closely. I always kept on thinking a bit different and even doing like this. I´ve trained my color-feeling. I´ve discovered my internal color-scanner - a special skill that makes me work with colors like I´ve never done anything else before...

Moreover travelling the world brought many cross-cultural influences and ideas to my work and doings as well.

In this way I more & more became a visionary of creating `looks & feels´.

People´s needs and people´s wishes are the most important requirements in designing spaces & environments.

Side by side with clients during the planning- & realisation - process is a priority of my doing when working as an interior designer for the last twenty years.   Considering social and cultural aspects as well as clients preferences regarding style & materials and, of course, the gentle use of colors & well directed lighting are essential ingredients in every interior concept.

 Those things put together into the `right´ arrangement, combined with functional & sustainable knowhow,

will create fascinating atmospheres enduring not only tomorrow...

There´s no need to bustle all those recommended hotspots, written in the guides. It´s more the adventure of letting go & feeling good at every time. Enjoying all the very small moments, the little things, which make you really happy. Outside the areas of visitor´s main interest you will make the best experiences. This could be an undiscovered garden, a small colorful bird winging and chirping through the air, a typical authentic meal at a streets kitchen or watching indigenous people while they are doing their everyday life´s.

To experience people´s happiness about your interest in their life´s, is the real big thing – so I´ve learned about people in Kerala – South India. Ask them, where they come from, who they are and you´ll get a smile for free…

 Don´t wonder `which place is worth to visit?´ or `what you should have seen?´! Best things in life come on their own.

With this knowledge I started my project –  `PLACES I´ve seen, places I´ve been…´.
